Bitten Hansen har som tekstilkunstner deltaget i over 50 nationale og internationale udstillinger og projekter. F.eks. udstillinger i Gallerie Smend i Köln, Falbygdens Museum i Falköping, Nordisk Husflidsudstilling på Husflidstinget i Reykavik, ugens kunstner på TvDanmark.
